DiTel Ltd: History

DiTel Ltd is dealing with software and equipment for CATV operators since 1998. During this period a number of software products was developed: SATTV, TV Designer and TV Abonent.

Since 2004 during the time of active growth of optic fiber lines, our company introduced to the market a wide range of products for transmitting CATV signal by optic fibers and chose several manufactures in China producing such equipment. Before selling these products in Russia, we performed many tests (including marketing tests) to check if these products meet the requirements of Russian market. Our company also improved own software and developed software for SNMP monitoring.

To meet the requirements of different cable TV operators, two types of products were developed: low-price and top-class products. Top-class products have the same quality as well known world-class brands have. It is important to say, that we have chosen that manufacturers in China, who makes products for world-famous brands. The fact is that many European and American top-class brand products are being manufactured in China. DiTel Ltd employees constantly visit Chinese factories and study newest technologies.

As a result of this great work, we have chosen the best models of fiber optic products, and these products became popular in Russia. Optical nodes and optical transmitters introduced by DiTel Ltd are used in small and all-Russia CATV networks from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Kaliningrad.
